Falafel is not just a fun word but also a serious dish. It"s made of garbanzo beans, green peas, yellow peas, dehydrated onions, garlic, and potatoes and is most filling!
It's healthy and will make your appetite happy. Served best when tucked neatly inside of a pita bread with lettuce and cucumbers, or even on a flour tortilla with raspberry dressing as I have prepared here. Also goes well with hummus and couscous!
